International Conference on
“Health and Environment 2009 - Frontiers in Environmental Health”

Late consequences of early life exposure?

will be held in Belvaux (L) on the 28th of October 2009

HENVI2009 will present insights in the current knowledge on the relation of early life-stage exposure to contaminants and the onset of reproductive and neurodevelopmental disorders later in life. Relevant models and methods to unravel mechanisms of such delayed effects will be in the heart of several planned lectures. Evidence and relevance for human health will be addressed where possible. The program will include keynote lectures, oral presentations and poster sessions covering recent developments in the field of air pollutants and environmental health aspects.

We especially invite PhD students to present relevant results from their ongoing work. Several time slots will be reserved for their presentations that will be selected based on the relevance of the submitted abstracts.

The scientific committee will evaluate posters of all participating PhD students and the selected oral student presentations and two prices will be presented for the best oral student presentation and the best student poster.

We sincerely hope that the Scientific Program will allow all of you to take part in creative discussions while also enjoying our beautiful city, its people and its surroundings.
